For users in Australia, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). For users in Singapore, these Terms are subject to the provisions of the Electronic Transactions Act and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
